Miami picked up a big commitment at the Army All-American game when Don Bosco DE Alquadin Muhammad announced he would be heading to South Beach in the fall of 2013. Muhammad was a force when it came to rushing the quarterback and made his presence known all over the field on defense. Muhammad transferred from Paterson Catholic after his freshman year and started all 3 years at Don Bosco. Don Bosco’s best player was double and triple teamed in some games this year but that did not stop him from getting to the quarterback. Muhammad can play the outside linebacker spot in a 3-4 defense or put his hand down on the line at defensive end. He chose Miami over Rutgers, Alabama and Notre Dame.
