Archbishop Stepinac (NY) QB Brandon Coleman has reopened his recruitment after giving a soft-verbal to Yale. The dual-threat QB was at Harvard on Saturday, April 26 for their junior day. Coleman should add more offers from Ivy League programs in the near future.
Daiquan Kelly continues to attract interest from schools. Nebraska and Cincinnati offered Kelly this week. The Union City WR/DB now has 13 offers. Don Bosco QB Wes McKoy added his second offer from Colgate on Monday after a strong performance at the NFTC. 2016 Pope John QB Sonny Abramson is heating up. He has received offers from Duke, Virginia, and Syracuse in the past two weeks.
Holy Cross and Albany stopped by St. Joseph (Montvale) to offer 2015 ATH RJ Edwards. Edwards is also hearing from Towson, UMass, William & Mary, among others. He played linebacker at the NFTC last weekend. His teammate Benson Israel, who also attended the NFTC, added his first offer from Albany this week. Old Dominion and Lafayette have also inquired about Israel.
Paramus Catholic WR Najee Clayton‘s latest offer comes from Florida. He now has nine offers. Albany stopped by Paramus Catholic to extend an offer to DB Curtis Oliver. Both Paramus Catholic athletes attended the NFTC on Sunday.
David Ryslik has added offers from Syracuse, UConn, Yale, and Cincinnati in the past two weeks. The Peddie School DL has a visit planned to Stanford this summer, according to his Twitter account.
Two St. Peter’s Prep DB’s received their first offers this week. Fordham offered Corey Caddle and Pitt extended a tender to Dwon Walker. The Marauders will return more than a handful of starters in 2014 in addition to Caddle and Walker.
Andrew McElroy has continued to draw interest from Ivy and Patriot League programs. Lehigh, Brown, Lafayette, Harvard, and Bucknell among others have inquired about the New Milford WR/LB. McElroy will attend several camps this summer in hopes of his first offer.
